About the Role

The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, this individual will identify new opportunities for Philips' healthcare solutions and develop strategic account plans to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing needs are met and new opportunities are identified.
  2. Account Planning: Develop comprehensive annual account plans in line with regional strategies to drive sales growth.
  3. Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with local teams to design and implement effective marketing strategies that promote Philips' healthcare solutions.
  4. Forecasting and Analysis: Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales funnel and forecasting, ensuring accurate predictions and informed decision-making.
  5. Win/Loss Analysis: Conduct systematic analysis of win and loss deals to identify areas for improvement and optimize future performance.

Requirements

  • Education: A clinical, sales, or medical technical educational degree is required.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in successful sales or account management roles within the healthcare industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Swedish is essential.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
