Job Requirements

As a Tender and Project Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering commercial and technical tenders to the right cost, delivery time, risks, and scope. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in project management and/or a business- or engineering degree.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Delivering commercial and technical tenders on time and within budget.
  • Leading a team of engineers and collaborating with them to ensure correct design tendered and delivered.
  • Driving communication for tenders and deliveries towards HVDC Service and HVDC Greenfield.
  • Presenting tender material towards customers.
  • Continuously improving calculations, processes, and quality assurance.
  • Driving department initiatives.
