Business Development and Sales Specialist

Philips is seeking a Business Development and Sales Specialist to drive and close large-scale deals in Western and Southern Sweden. As a trusted advisor, you will guide customers to improve their healthcare experiences through Philips advanced solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationships: Maximize order intake by developing strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  2. Account Management: Evaluate customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs, ensuring continuity of the relationship.
  3. Collaboration and Execution: Promote Philips' executive-level interfaces between the company and key accounts, facilitating collaboration and driving business growth.
  4. Regional Strategy: Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with regional strategies, driving district-level execution and contributing to local marketing initiatives.
  5. Performance Improvement: Analyze sales performance using online CRM tools, managing funnel & sales forecasting to inform business decisions.
  6. Win-Loss Analysis: Systematically analyze win & loss deals, customer satisfaction (NPS), market trends, competition, and expectations to inform strategic decisions.
You're the Right Fit if:
  1. A clinical, sales, or medical technical educational degree, or similar.
  2. 5-10 years' experience in successful sales or account management roles within healthcare/imaging solutions.
  3. Fluency in English and Swedish language is a must-have.
  4. Willingness to travel and possession of a Driver's license.
