Business Development Manager

This role requires a result-driven individual with a strong commercial and prospecting mindset to focus on prospecting B2B customers, particularly OEMs and Distributors.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, distribution, and OEMs, with a medium vocational level education in commercial or technical fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect New Customers: Use market intelligence for outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Build Relationships: Develop trust and understand prospect needs to qualify sales opportunities.
- Present Solutions: Showcase products and services that meet customer needs and highlight our value propositions.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with external and inside sales teams to close deals.
- Manage CRM: Maintain detailed records in Salesforce CRM.
- Drive Sales: Create key account plans for short- and long-term sales growth.
- Upsell Opportunities: Identify and evaluate opportunities for product expansions and new launches.
- Closedeals: Negotiate terms and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Swedish speaker with conversational English for global communication.
- Willing to attend regular product training courses.
- Excellent listening, time management, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is advantageous.
