Sales Leader for Channel Partners

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead sales for our channel partners by executing the YORK distribution sales strategy, developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners, and identifying new opportunities.
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team in Nordics region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results in commercial HVAC sales, as well as experience in leading high-performing teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the YORK distribution sales strategy in alignment with regional sales and distribution managers, developing and supporting trusting relationships with existing channel partners, and identifying new opportunities.
