**Job Description**

Kappahl is growing its Online department, seeking a talented professional for a one-year parental leave cover role.

We are looking for an experienced leader who can drive sales growth and optimize customer experience on kappahl.com. As Online Content & Sales Manager, you will lead a creative team in creating, publishing, and updating engaging content to convert customers.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing sales and profitability through data-driven decisions
  • Leading a team of 8 people in their work to create optimal content and merchandising strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with internal routines and processes
  • Developing the content, merchandising, navigation, and SEO strategy

**Your Profile**

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Many years of leadership experience, preferably in agile leadership
  • A relevant academic degree and several years of experience in a similar role within driving Online sales
  • Passion for optimizing sales, customer experience, and conversion rate optimization
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
