Enterprise Sales Manager
About the RoleAs a trusted advisor, you will lead and close complex deals in Western and Southern Sweden. Your key responsibility will be to drive sales growth by developing and executing annual account plans in line with regional strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize order intake and sales through effective relationship management and account planning
- Ensure continuity of relationships with accounts and operate at multiple levels
- Develop and execute annual account plans in line with regional strategy
- Contribute to local marketing strategies and funnel management
- Systematically analyze win and loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction, market trends, and competition
- Collaborate with channel partners and report customer feedback
Requirements:
- Clinical, sales, or medical technical educational background
- 5-10 years' experience in successful sales or account management roles within healthcare/imaging solutions
- Fluent in English and Swedish language
- Willingness to travel and possess a driver's license
