**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with our product portfolio through comprehensive training programs.
  • Identify, analyze, and prospect new customers, while providing exceptional service to existing ones.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
  • Provide expert advice and training to medical and surgical professionals on the use of our products during demonstrations.
  • Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to expand your knowledge and identify potential new customers.
  • Prepare orders for interested customers and ensure seamless order follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to deliver best-in-class customer service.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrable sales experience in industries like MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, or healthcare.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
  • A valid driver's license for regular customer visits.
