The Opportunity

In our quest for excellence, we're building a Sales Strategy & Enablement team for the Nordic region and seeking a commercial leader to join our Stockholm office. This is a temporary contract covering a parental leave.

The Sales Strategy & Enablement team sets strategies to improve sales, revenues, and market share in the Nordics. We coordinate product launches and cross-regional initiatives. We propose acquisitions, partnerships, and collaborations to deliver on our strategic agenda.

Your mission is to introduce our products and offerings to our sales organization, comprising direct sales and partner models. You will manage stakeholders throughout the company and collaborate with peers in Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations. Some products are launched in partnership, so you will work closely with partners and maintain commercial relationships.

You will report to the Head of Sales Strategy & Enablement. Join a team of engaged, knowledgeable, and dedicated professionals who welcome collaboration and continuous improvement. We strive for excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be the go-to person for the sales organization, collecting input, informing, training, and keeping them updated on products and offerings.
  • Create and maintain commercial presentations, training materials, and documentation supporting the Sales organization.
  • Attend partner and marketing events to support sales.
  • Coordinate cross-Nordic launches.
  • Lead projects across the Nordic region.
  • Engage with European colleagues for knowledge sharing and best practices.

  • Strong Office suite and PowerPoint skills.
  • Able to balance strategic and operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • A great teammate who prioritizes team and business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Previous experience in the payment industry or similar is an asset.
