Commercial Sales Representative

Job Description:

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, analyze, and develop new business opportunities through market research and customer outreach.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective product training and support.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  4. Provide clinical support and training to medical professionals, ensuring seamless product adoption.
  5. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Proven sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, or BioTech is essential.
  2. Knowledge of anatomy or orthopedics is advantageous but not mandatory.
  3. A degree in business administration, sciences, or a relevant field is preferred.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish are crucial.
  5. A valid driver's license is necessary for regular customer visits.
