
Revenue Growth Director

FMC Talent is a private equity backed company that provides software solutions for the SaaS industry. We are looking for an experienced Revenue Growth Director to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the regional sales team, actively managing and closing sales opportunities, and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective and existing accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of the sales team
- Actively managing and closing sales opportunities, either through new business development or account management
- Negotiating pricing, contract terms, and close deals to achieve personal and regional revenue targets
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in exceeding sales targets within a SaaS or IoT industry. Strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of solution selling methodologies, excellent negotiation and presentation skills are also essential.
