We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our regional sales team and drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve personal and regional revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective and existing accounts
  • Negotiating pricing, contract terms, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in exceeding sales targets within a SaaS or IoT industry. Strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of solution selling methodologies, excellent negotiation and presentation skills are also essential.
