About the Job:We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products to customers in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Familiarize yourself with our product portfolio through comprehensive trainings and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify, analyze, and prospect new customers, while providing exceptional service to existing ones.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
Advise and train medical and surgical professionals on the use of our Orthopaedic Instruments during demonstrations, and provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer interactions.
Prepare orders for interested customers and serve as a reliable partner for our customers throughout the order process.
Collaborate closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure excellent customer service levels.
Requirements:
Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, or related.
Strong communication skills, proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish required.
A valid driver's license, as this role involves regular customer visits.
