
Business Development Manager

FMC Talent is a fast-growing company with high ambitions and a lot of room for progression. We are looking for a skilled Regional Sales Strategist to join our team and drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the regional sales team, actively managing and closing sales opportunities, and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective and existing accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the regional sales team while actively carrying an individual quota
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve personal and regional revenue targets
- Negotiating pricing, contract terms, and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in exceeding sales targets within a SaaS or IoT industry. Strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of solution selling methodologies, excellent negotiation and presentation skills are also essential.
