Job Summary

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Verisure Sverige AB, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. You will provide strategic HR support to our leaders, drive business transformation, and ensure that we continue to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Transformation: Collaborate with national and international teams to lead business transformation initiatives, focusing on process improvement and change management.
  • Develop HR Processes: Establish and drive HR processes in an organization where HR is considered a core function, expanding its footprint across various tasks.
  • Partner with Business Leaders: Connect with business leaders to establish relationships and grow internal awareness of HR topics.
  • Support Leadership: Provide strategic HR support and coaching to business leaders, helping them make informed decisions and drive business results.
Requirements
  1. 5-7 years of broad experience within HR, defining and implementing strategic HR processes.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as HRBP, working closely with business leaders and providing support and coaching to managers.
  3. Extensive experience with Swedish employment legislation, Work environment act, collective agreements, and negotiations.
  4. Experience in giving strategic HR support and coaching business leaders.
  5. Experience of central roles in HR transformation/change management.
  6. Experience of liaising and communicating with multiple stakeholders ideally in a matrix international organization.
  7. English mandatory and Swedish preferred.
  8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant area, preferably in HR.
