About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and develop our business in the IFS area. As a Sales Manager, you will act as an advisor with good business acumen and a desire to establish strong customer relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will have a fundamental understanding of how IT systems work and the ability to offer customers valuable recommendations based on their business needs. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills in both Swedish and English.

The role includes:

  • Advising and partnering with new and existing customers.
  • Being present with customers, visualizing options through presentations and workshops.
  • Preparing and presenting contract and cost proposals.
  • Customizing and adapting solution proposals for project organization, operation, maintenance, and support.
  • Maintaining our close partnership with IFS.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience selling ERP solutions, preferably IFS Applications. A university degree or similar educational background is also required. Additionally, you should have a good network within the Swedish IFS area and strong leadership qualities.
