Job Overview

Stryker TN Sweden is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to promote and sell Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  2. Identify, analyze, and prospect new customers while providing ongoing service to existing customers.

  3. Plan and implement strategies in the sales process, conduct negotiations, and advise medical and surgical professionals on product use.

  4. Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to expand knowledge and identify potential new customers.

  5. Prepare orders for interested customers and work closely with team members to ensure customer service levels are best in class.

Requirements
  • Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related.

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

  • A valid driver's license is necessary as this position involves regular customer visits.

  • Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is an advantage.
