Territory Sales Manager (TSM) - Orthopaedic Instruments

Overview:

The TSM will play a vital role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion for TN Sweden's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Product Familiarization: Complete comprehensive product trainings to gain in-depth knowledge of our Orthopaedic Instruments portfolio.

  2. New Business Development: Identify, analyze, and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to drive sales growth.

  3. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement tailored sales plans to achieve targeted revenue goals, engage in negotiations with key decision-makers, and deliver exceptional customer service.

  4. Customer Support: Provide expert advice, training, and clinical support to medical professionals on the effective use of our Orthopaedic Instruments.

  5. Event Participation: Represent TN Sweden at industry events, conferences, and business meetings to foster partnerships and expand your professional network.

  6. Order Preparation: Prepare and finalize orders for interested customers, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the process.

  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee top-notch customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sales experience in industries like MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, or related.

  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish required.

  • A valid driver's license, as regular customer visits are essential.
