Role Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to join Stryker TN Sweden and contribute to making healthcare better by promoting and selling Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying, analyzing, and prospecting new customers while providing ongoing service to existing customers.

  2. Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through product trainings and negotiate agreements with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.

  3. Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to expand knowledge and identify potential new customers.

  4. Work closely with team members to ensure customer service levels are best in class and collaborate with other departments to achieve shared goals.

Requirements
  • Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related.

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

  • A valid driver's license is necessary as this position involves regular customer visits.

  • Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is an advantage.
