
Regional Sales Strategist

We are seeking a talented Sales Team Leader to join our FMC Talent team and drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the regional sales team, actively managing and closing sales opportunities, and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective and existing accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the regional sales team while actively carrying an individual quota
- Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of the sales team
- Actively managing and closing sales opportunities, either through new business development or account management
- Negotiating pricing, contract terms, and close deals to achieve personal and regional revenue targets
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in exceeding sales targets within a SaaS or IoT industry. Strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of solution selling methodologies, excellent negotiation and presentation skills are also essential.
