Neurovascular Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in the Neurovascular division, covering the Sweden territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Familiarize with Stryker's world-class Neurovascular product portfolio through product trainings.
- Build and monitor sales plans for assigned territories in coordination with Regional Sales Managers.
- Implement strategies to meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales targets, prospect new customers/users, conduct negotiations, and maintain market knowledge.
- Advise, train, and support physicians, lab, and medical staff as a real partner, attending interventions and providing in-theatre support when required.
- Secure sales revenue by coordinating product availability, delivery dates, inventory levels, and liaising with different departments.
- Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand customer contact knowledge.
