As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving the entire customer journey from closed deals onwards, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and value expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in managing cross-functional teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for leading all activities towards the existing customer base, including upselling and cross-selling, as well as developing new business opportunities.
A strong understanding of the B2B software market and experience selling complex solutions are essential. The ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels is also critical.
