Sales Engineer Manager French Division

Firefly seeks a seasoned sales professional to lead our French Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales of advanced fire prevention systems to customers in the process industry.
About the Role- You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and lead processing to customer visits and final negotiations
- Maintain existing business relationships and develop new opportunities
- Collaborate with our French distributor and build strong partnerships
- Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows and seminars
- Travel frequently to France, approximately 50-70 days per year
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the French market
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and pipeline activity
- Provide regular updates on sales progress to management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in sales engineering and technical sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant academic field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering, with a strong background in the process industry
- Fluency in French and English is required, with Swedish being an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving strategies and business needs
