Sales and Partnership Manager

We are looking for a talented and results-driven French-speaking Account Manager to join our sales team in Stockholm. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in both French and English
- Previous experience in B2B sales (preferably towards HR but not a must)
- A self-starter mentality with a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development
- The ability to contact anyone and book a meeting over the phone or email
- A positive and can-do attitude
