About This Role

We are looking for a talented and results-driven French-speaking Account Manager to join our sales team in Stockholm. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Previous experience in B2B sales (preferably towards HR but not a must)
  • A self-starter mentality with a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development
  • The ability to contact anyone and book a meeting over the phone or email
  • A positive and can-do attitude
