Sales Job Description

As a French-speaking Account Manager, you will be part of our international sales team in Stockholm which is currently made up of 11 superstars coming from different paths of life and backgrounds. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, booking meetings, closing deals, and onboarding clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and lead generation through various channels
  • Cold calling and qualifying leads
  • Booking meetings and demos with potential clients
  • Closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Onboarding new clients and ensuring successful implementation


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Previous experience in B2B sales (preferably towards HR but not a must)
  • A self-starter mentality with a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development
  • The ability to contact anyone and book a meeting over the phone or email
  • A positive and can-do attitude
