Assistant to the VP Sales

About the Role
As a key member of the Professional Hygiene Sales & Marketing Region North organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the VP Sales & Marketing. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and participate in leadership team meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Coordinate and create presentation materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage the leadership team's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate conferences, internal and external meetings, and activities, ensuring seamless execution.
- Participate in and/or lead defined projects, driving business improvement activities and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare, compile, and finalize reporting data, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
- Proactively drive business improvement activities, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Ensure efficient communication and information sharing with relevant stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of frameworks, guidelines, and information systems.
- Calendar management for the VP, including travel arrangements and networking activities.
Requirements
- Higher education (at least a bachelor's degree).
- Couple of years of experience in a similar role, with project management experience.
- Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to share opinions and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Fluency in English, with Swedish considered a plus.
- Experience working within a multinational organization is ideal.
