Sales and Marketing Specialist for Cardiac Rhythm Management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management team in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving market growth and market share within your territory, ensuring excellent collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive CRM market growth and market share within the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the purchasing process.
  • Support marketing and sales efforts in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies.
  • Provide clinical review and input to sales and marketing materials.
  • Educate hospital staff on Medtronic products and resources.
  • Analyze the marketplace and develop an effective territory/account sales strategy.
  • Develop and drive activities to enhance and strengthen the network.

Requirements

  • Healthcare-related medical or scientific degree or equivalent.
  • Understanding of the national and local healthcare system.
  • Ability to identify and react to potential market threats and opportunities.
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Clean driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tender management optimization.
  • Target-oriented sales experience from medtech.
  • Successful sales experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the Swedish healthcare system.
