Account Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing merchant partners. Your primary goal will be to increase their exposure in the market and improve their performance on our platform.

To achieve this, you will work closely with various colleagues from the Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Support teams. Your tasks will include initiating and assisting in marketing campaigns, training and educating merchant partners on how to best use our platform, and proactively calling them to keep the momentum.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing reports and payouts related to your activities and using data to improve merchant performance. A background in Sales or Sales Support or Account Management is required, as well as fluency in Swedish and English. Experience in using Excel/Google Sheets or a CRM system to assess performance is also necessary.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the restaurant industry and be able to effectively communicate with merchant partners.
