Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Key Holder to join our team in Gothenburg. As a Sales Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maximizing sales on the sales floor, and ensuring our high standards are always maintained. You will also be responsible for processing customer transactions, receiving and processing deliveries, and helping to prepare seasonal sales and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to maximize sales on the sales floor, in the fitting rooms, and at the cash desk.
  • Awareness of the store's goals and sales figures, as well as being familiar with applicable procedures and guidelines.
  • Actively work with garments to ensure our high standards are always maintained.
  • Knowledge about garments/fabrics and garment care.
  • Process customer transactions at the cash desk.
  • Receive and process deliveries.
  • Help prepare seasonal sales and campaigns.
  • Follow store routines, policies, and guidelines to assist in loss prevention and safety in the store.
  • Work well in the team and actively support colleagues.
  • Execute store opening and closing procedures.
  • Support the DM in running daily operations, conducting daily planning, driving customer service, and operations.

We are looking for a positive, friendly person with a fantastic sense of style. You should be a multi-tasker who enjoys being on your feet and have great organizing skills. You should also be a strong team player with an open mindset and the ability to handle pressure in a busy environment.
