Join our team as an E-commerce Growth Specialist and play a key role in driving new business opportunities within the e-commerce retail sector.

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities that meet the specific needs of prospective clients. With your sales and industry expertise, you will leverage your knowledge to tailor solutions that address the unique challenges of e-commerce retailers.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, utilizing both inbound leads and outbound strategies
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their business challenges and tailor solutions that align with their objectives
  • Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across various levels within prospect organizations

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold SaaS solutions to companies in the e-commerce retail sector
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is preferred
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
