
Retail Sales Director

This exciting opportunity involves leading the commercial efforts for Kraft Heinz in the Nordic region. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will drive growth and innovation across our retail business, including expanding our e-commerce presence in Sweden.
Main Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve business objectives.
- Commercial Excellence: Ensure effective management of our distributor partnerships in Finland and Iceland, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- E-commerce Growth: Drive the expansion of our e-commerce business in Sweden, leveraging whitespace opportunities to capture new customers and markets.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or a related field, preferably within FMCG or retail.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills, with additional languages being an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
