About the Role

This Sales Specialist position involves working closely with the Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies that focus on building relationships with retail partners. The successful candidate will conduct regular site visits, provide product demonstrations, and support the sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and training to meet sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the Head of Sales, focusing on retail partnerships.
  • Regularly visit retail locations to support and motivate the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training.
  • Engage in store visits, demonstrate products, and provide sales support to drive sales performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring exceptional customer service and loyalty to BYD's products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities within the retail channel.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to remain competitive.
  • Work with the sales team to set individual store-level sales targets and track progress.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Sales on retail performance, market feedback, and sales opportunities.
  • Support the coordination of promotional activities and marketing campaigns at the store level to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, with an understanding of additional Nordic languages being beneficial.
  • Able to work effectively with diverse teams across different cultures and countries.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable with frequent business travel.
