Job Description

As a Retail Sales Professional at Tesla, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, capturing leads, and guiding them through a seamless sales journey. This includes providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and selling potential leads on the test drive experience. You will also execute successful lead capture strategies during events and maintain accurate records of captured lead data.

About the Team

You will be part of a larger sales and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy and be driven by the company's values.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Tesla's products, including vehicles, solar panels, and energy storage solutions.
  • Ability to communicate information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
