
Pre-Sales Technical Solutions Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Technical Solutions Leader to join our team in the Benelux and Nordics regions. As a key member of our Solutions Engineering team, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and providing technical value to clients pre- and post-sales.
This dynamic and varied customer-focused technical position requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. You will work in collaboration with our Sales, Channel, and Customer Success leadership to develop strategies, set targets, and create actionable plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- You will lead the development of pre-sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives.
- You'll work closely with our Solutions Engineering team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- You'll collaborate with our Customer Success organization to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
We welcome applications from individuals with experience leading a regional pre-sales technical solutions engineering team for a software organisation. Hands-on experience in a solutions engineer role in Enterprise software or Cyber Security is also preferred.
- You will have strong knowledge in both on-premise and cloud networking and an in-depth understanding of cyber security concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
- You'll have confident, polished communication skills with a proven ability to build lasting business relationships.
- You'll be able to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing pre-sales / technical teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills to drive individual and team success.
