As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a go-to-market team of technical specialists focused on promoting, selling, and providing technical value to clients pre- and post-sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the Solutions Engineering team across Benelux and Nordics
  • Developing and implementing sales enablement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with Go-To-Market leadership to set targets and create actionable plans

You will have experience leading a regional pre-sales technical solutions engineering team for a software organisation. Hands-on experience in a solutions engineer role in Enterprise software or Cyber Security is also preferred.
