
Fintech Sales Enablement Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
- Commercial Team Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and demos to ensure new hires quickly become productive members of the team.
- Lead Sourcing and Generation: Research and design strategies to acquire high-quality leads, engage potential clients, and monitor lead generation efforts.
- Sales Playbook and Scripts: Collaborate with Commercial leaders to develop and improve sales playbooks, scripts, and CRM systems to optimize sales performance.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar field. You should also possess excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with hands-on experience with CRM systems like Gong, HubSpot, and other sales tools.
