As a Senior Sales Executive in Baltics, you will play a critical role in driving commercial success in the region by identifying, selling, and closing new business opportunities. You will be part of an experienced team that is revolutionizing the payments industry by unlocking instant, account-to-account transactions.
We are looking for individuals with a proven sales track record of winning new business and achieving ambitious targets with enterprise merchants in the Baltics. This requires a deep understanding of merchant needs and payment challenges, as well as the ability to translate these into a compelling sales proposition.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in payments and a strong professional network within one or more of our target verticals, including e-commerce, financial services, digital platforms, and travel and mobility.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience within a payments, fintech, or banking leader
- Proficiency in sales methodologies, multi-threaded sales, and value selling
- Experience selling to enterprise merchants
- The ability to outbound themselves in an efficient and scalable manner
- Diligence with forecasting, data, and pricing
- Experience with commercial tooling, such as Salesforce
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in English
