About Our Mission

We aim to solve the prevailing shortage of IT-competence and play a central role in recruiting programmers and developers. Our strategy is to specialize in headhunting and roles that are difficult to recruit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business leads through market research, cold calling, email marketing, and networking events.
  • Qualify and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Assist Head of Growth & Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B, SaaS, or ERP, ideally within Fintech, Technology, or Financial Services, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
