As a sales executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and supporting our head of growth & sales in achieving revenue targets. You'll conduct market research, generate new business leads, and qualify and manage leads through the sales pipeline.

You'll also assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and collaborate with marketing to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to support sales efforts.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking events.
  • Qualify and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Assist head of growth & sales in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to support sales efforts.

Your experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B, SaaS, or ERP, ideally within fintech, technology, or financial services, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.

  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Speaking Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish is a plus.
