About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Excellence in Sales Performance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales excellence across the Nordic Market, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support. Your primary focus will be on identifying and developing strategic sales initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, and providing coaching and guidance to sales teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Initiatives: Identify and develop strategic sales initiatives that drive sales growth and revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure these initiatives align with business objectives and are executed effectively.
Sales Team Support:
Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to help them develop and execute sales strategies. Work closely with sales leaders to develop and implement sales plans, set targets, and track progress.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and retention.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive sales growth.
