Sales Enablement Lead

TN Sweden is a global leader in the payments technology industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions that drive commerce and growth.

The Sales Strategy & Enablement team is responsible for setting the commercial agenda for our Nordic region. We are currently looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to join our team at the Stockholm office.

As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share in the Nordics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share in the Nordics.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  3. Manage and coordinate cross-Nordic launches and projects.
  4. Engage with colleagues across Europe for knowledge sharing and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Full working proficiency in Swedish and English.
  2. Business sense and a commercial mindset.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Excellent skills in Office suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  5. Able to work in a role that combines both strategic and operational tasks in a highly dynamic organization.
  6. A great teammate, who supports the team and puts team and business objectives first.
  7. Graduation at least at bachelor level.
  8. Previous experience in the payment industry or similar is an advantage.
