TN Sweden is a global leader in the payments technology industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions that drive commerce and growth.
The Sales Strategy & Enablement team is responsible for setting the commercial agenda for our Nordic region. We are currently looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to join our team at the Stockholm office.
As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share in the Nordics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share in the Nordics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage and coordinate cross-Nordic launches and projects.
- Engage with colleagues across Europe for knowledge sharing and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Full working proficiency in Swedish and English.
- Business sense and a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent skills in Office suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Able to work in a role that combines both strategic and operational tasks in a highly dynamic organization.
- A great teammate, who supports the team and puts team and business objectives first.
- Graduation at least at bachelor level.
- Previous experience in the payment industry or similar is an advantage.
