Sales Enablement plays a critical role in the success of any business. As the Smart Building Sales Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

In this key position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales enablement programs. You will design, implement, and continuously monitor organizational growth plans to increase revenue, market share, and profit margins for software and related service businesses.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales enablement strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales enablement programs.
  3. Design, implement, and continuously monitor organizational growth plans to increase revenue, market share, and profit margins.
  4. Build and develop a solid, engaged, and growth-oriented network within the SI Buildings organization.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Software, Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven sales and business development experience.
  3. Strategy development: Defining goals and measures to achieve the future state of an organization.
