We're seeking a Lead Data Coordinator to enhance our sales efforts. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality database of prospects, ensuring alignment with our strategic sales goals. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a high-quality database of sports clubs and organizations.
  • Align lead generation efforts with strategic sales goals and priorities.
  • Oversee CRM data hygiene to ensure all prospect information is accurate and relevant.
  • Develop and implement data collection and enrichment strategies.
  • Work with and manage contractors for data-related projects.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to support sales strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, database management, or a comparable role.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data management tools.
  • Ability to manage projects and collaborate with contractors and teams.
  • Familiarity with sports organizations or sales pipelines is beneficial.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
