Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our AutoStore sales team in the Nordics. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities for AutoStore projects, leading the sales phase from acquisition to contract, and creating optimal solutions that deliver customer value and benefit to Kardex.

Key Requirements- Proven background in sales of automated intralogistics solutions, with Autostore experience a plus.
- Strong consultative sales experience, managing the sales cycle from end to end.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative nature and ability to establish effective working relationships across functions.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, with a focus on driving business growth and results.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or technical engineering preferred.
