About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced German-speaking Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, building, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
Your primary objective will be to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in prospect accounts, identify and connect with decision-makers, and drive business growth through strategic outreach and inbound opportunity qualification.
You will also be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, conducting customer presentations, demos, and negotiations, and recording, documenting, and tracking sales activity and customer data in CRM and other systems.
We are looking for someone who is a team player with a 'we before me' mentality, has grit and dedication, and is passionate about sales. If you have experience selling B2B software in the mid-market space and a proven track record of hitting sales quotas, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of AE experience in B2B software sales in the Midmarket space (SaaS sales is a plus)
- Proven track record of consistently hitting sales quotas
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in verbal and written German and English
