We're looking for a talented SaaS Relationship Manager to join our Technology Procurement team at Spotify. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our business, technology, legal, security, and finance teams to drive commercial impact.

In this role, you'll cultivate and develop key SaaS relationships and deals, leading to long-term value for Spotify. You'll also lead, qualify, and develop two portfolios - Security & Risk Management, and Engineering SaaS - to ensure strategic supplier relationships.

What We're Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Considerable experience driving negotiations with major SaaS suppliers.
  • Experience driving agile, sophisticated, multi-functional projects.
  • Influence decision-making at all levels within an organization using data-driven insights.
  • An excellent communicator and storyteller, presenting concepts and ideas in different formats.
  • Experience in running global Enterprise Software programs across multiple suppliers.
  • Anticipate internal customer needs, deliver quality insights, and remove blockers to shared progress.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and demonstrate autonomy in identifying innovative solutions.
  • A strong writer, able to convey complex situations through clear text.
  • Thriving in remote work situations, you can easily collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
