We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our Nordic Consumer Credit team. As a key member of our Credit Operations department, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer care and providing first-class credit servicing to our valued customers.



About the Role


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from consumer card-members whose accounts are flagged as overdue or delinquent.
  • Built significant connections with customers by offering custom solutions, consultative assistance, and first contact resolution to work out a positive outcome for the customer and American Express.
  • Deliver best-in-class service while responding to customer inquiries and problems.
  • Making decisions based on risk assessment and the customer profile.
  • Gain commitment from customers to making payments on their overdue account and enabling them to spend on their American Express card.
  • Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
  • Document key information.
  • Re-prioritize to adapt to the transitional environment.

  • Proficient in Norwegian or Swedish and English, verbal and in writing. Finnish language skill is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
