About the Role
We are seeking Part Time positions (60% - 75%) for our signature store locations in Stockholm. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will embody our desire to engage customers and deliver exceptional service. You will welcome customers into our spaces and provide expert guidance on products relevant to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Deliver product demonstrations and recommendations to drive sales and commercial outcomes
- Participate in team efforts to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive work environment
- Utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and promote a culture of inclusivity
- Maintain strong communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and English required
Requirements
- Experience operating within a customer service role or environment
- Effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes
- History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team
- Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy and manage interpersonal relationships
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English
