
Sales and Client Relationship Expert

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our German Revenue team. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to identify and close key target accounts across multiple verticals within a large territory.
Key Requirements- Sales Experience: You have solid experience with a minimum of 5 years in business development or account management, specifically targeting mid-market or enterprise clients, ideally within the Staffing Industry or SaaS.
- Communication Skills: You are the face of the company, presenting yourself to clients in a friendly, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Negotiation Skills: You are a communication talent, skilled at negotiating, and can confidently address the needs of your clients.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in German at a native or highly professional level and have good English skills (at least B1).
- You are a goal-oriented and self-motivated individual who is always looking for new business opportunities to achieve your goals and contribute to the company's success.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and are able to build strong relationships with potential clients.
- You are open to temporary employment and have experience in this industry.
