Job Description

The Engagement Lead role at Cognizant involves managing client relationships, driving growth, and leading transformation initiatives. As the primary contact for our clients, you will ensure project deliverables meet contract standards, elevate discussions to executive leadership, and represent the client's voice within Cognizant.

You will handle daily client operations, resolve escalations, and ensure satisfaction. Additionally, you will forecast project revenue and margins, making the account referenceable. Your expertise in reporting will ensure timely and accurate internal and client reports.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships, including regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead process reviews and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive transformation initiatives with offshore delivery, PEx, automation, and vertical teams to meet contract commitments.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA Intermediate degree with 10-12 years of BPO experience in F&A domains (P2P, O2C, R2R).
  • Advanced MS Office skills, strong people management, and exposure to North American environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and the ability to find win-win solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
